It was an honour this morning to join residents in Chapel St Leonards, alongside my Deputy Mayor, for their Armistice ceremony. The community has spent the past year knitting and crafting thousands of poppies, a very touching tribute to those we remember.

It was an honour to attend Lincoln Cathedral's Remembrance Sunday Service today. What a poignant and memorable service. My eight year old son Clifford laid a wreath. God bless all who fought for our nation. May we never forget their sacrifice.
