Yesterday, we visited STEP FUSION at West Burton. I believe in looking ahead and future-proofing our workforce for the skills needed. Already, I am preparing the groundwork so local people have the facilities to be trained in Lincolnshire. This is a great opportunity to increase jobs and housing and ensure our local economy can thrive.
